I am a novice astro-imager. I started imaging using a DSI II in February 2009 and have recently acquired a Mallincam video camera and a QHY8 CCD camera for still imaging. The QHY8 CCD imager requires longer set-up time, more patience, and a steeper learning curve - I am waiting till my observatory is built to begin that quest!
